‘African Beauty’ is an Award of Merit winner from the American Orchid Society for its unusual flowers. The super fragrant, dark maroon, waxy, 3” flowers have a lighter purple lip and bloom winter to spring. There are usually 3-5 flowers per spike lasting 3-4 weeks. Once the plant is mature, there can be as many as twelve flowers per spike. This orchid is sensational! We ship a blooming size plant not necessarily in spike.
